Rafal Lutczyk has been with System Verification for almost fourteen years and here is the journey he has done thus far. Read more about how he went from a manual tester to an experienced test automation engineer. 

My name is Rafal Lutczyk, I’m 42 years old and live outside of Malmö with my wife, two daughters, and a dog. In my spare time, I enjoy sports, board games, and computer games.

This year marked a significant milestone for System Verification as it celebrated its sixth summer internship program. What made this edition truly remarkable was its integration between two of our offices - Sarajevo and Hamburg. Despite the challenges of connecting online, the program ran smoothly and successfully, offering our interns a unique opportunity to expand their horizons.

Harun has been an invaluable member of our company since 2019, and he has recently relocated to Munich, where he now plays a crucial role as a member of our Munich team. With an unwavering passion for team building, Harun is fully dedicated to establishing a new and thriving team in Munich. He consistently seeks out new potential talents to bolster the team's capabilities. In addition to his role as an IT Consultant, Harun also takes the lead in our intern Test Star Training program, where he plays a pivotal role in developing the skills of our employees. His commitment to building cohesive teams and providing valuable support makes him an exceptional asset to our organisation.

As System Verification, we wholeheartedly support mentorship that empowers our employees to reach their full potential, overcome difficulties, and become involved in all our processes more efficiently, especially during the early stages. As with many other roles and departments, working with HR is not a one-man (or woman) show. Working with employees, their well-being, their commitment,and their performance is something that needs to, of course, be driven by respective roles but it also needs to be nurtured by the employees themselves. 

What is Test Star?

Since 2019 our German team has been expanding and becoming stronger and stronger year by year. We lend a listening ear during tough times, offer guidance when somebody is uncertain, and celebrate our successes together. Each person brings their own unique set of skills, experiences, and perspectives to the table.
