This year marked a significant milestone for System Verification as it celebrated its sixth summer internship program. What made this edition truly remarkable was its integration between two of our offices - Sarajevo and Hamburg. Despite the challenges of connecting online, the program ran smoothly and successfully, offering our interns a unique opportunity to expand their horizons.
Over two months, our interns had the privilege of learning from five experienced mentors, four of whom were based in our Bosnian office, and one mentor who provided his support from our German office. Together, they learned about both manual and automation testing, upgrading their skills and gaining valuable insights. Throughout this exciting journey, our interns showcased their progress and outlined their path forward during a series of demo presentations, engaging with their mentors and managers.

What made the internship stand out from all the previous ones, is the fact that this time our Hamburg office had its own very first intern ever, Zainab. Even though she didn't have a lot of experience in the field, she has shown exceptional dedication and has grasped the testing concept in no time. The fact that she completed the internship entirely remotely, connecting with our team of mentors and interns in Bosnia online is what made this journey even more remarkable. Despite these difficulties, and with the help of Andrei, she managed to finalise the internship with amazing results, learning not only manual and automation testing, but upgraded her communication skills, and attention to detail.
