Meet&Greet - Anel Kasić - Munich

 Meet Anel Kasić, a consultant at System Verification Germany in Munich. Anel's journey with us began at our Sarajevo office in Bosnia. Driven by a passion for new challenges, he relocated to Germany to join our Munich team. In this Meet & Greet session, you'll discover more about Anel's professional path, his achievements, the projects he's undertaken, the industries he's contributed to, and what he loves most about being a consultant.

When you look back at the time you started at System Verification, what has happened since then?

Reflecting on my journey, it has been quite an experience. I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people from various backgrounds, cultures, and industries. This exposure has been invaluable, contributing significantly to my growth both personally and professionally. Working in a variety of fields has uniquely positioned me to learn and improve across multiple areas. I still remember my first interview with the company and the long path I have traveled since then. I initially started in the Sarajevo office and then relocated to Germany. This transition provided me with the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from various countries within our organization, an experience for which I am incredibly grateful.

What is your most significant achievement at System Verification or in your current assignment?

Learning has been a constant throughout my journey. I was lucky enough to work on several diverse assignments, each presenting unique challenges that allowed me to acquire a wealth of new knowledge and skills. I am inherently eager to learn, and these experiences have greatly contributed to my professional development.

Additionally, I am incredibly proud and grateful for the amazing people I have met and worked with along the way. Their support and collaboration have been invaluable.

In how many different industries have you had assignments, and which industries did you like the most, and why?

I have been lucky to work on several assignments, ranging from the semiconductor industry and R&D to whiteboarding tools (including various applications and platforms) and extremely complex business transformations within the enterprise power grids sector. Each assignment holds a special place for me, but if I had to choose, the assignment in the semiconductor industry was particularly unique due to the remarkable people and advanced technology we worked with. It was an exceptionally rewarding experience.

What do you enjoy the most about being a consultant?

I have had the opportunity to work on various assignments across different industries, collaborating with people from diverse cultures and nationalities. This experience, spanning multiple countries, has been immensely enriching. Additionally, I have had the chance to travel extensively and explore many new places.

Being a consultant in today's world is both a highly rewarding and enjoyable profession.

What do you plan to achieve within the next 1-2 years?

My primary focus is on delivering value to our customers while expanding my knowledge base. Fortunately, there have been numerous opportunities for personal development, and I am committed to continuing this trend. I thrive on challenging myself, acquiring new skills, and building relationships with diverse individuals. I am genuinely excited about the future possibilities within this company.
