November 2023 - SYVE Life Quality Month
Over the past three years, our internal marketing and global HR team at System Verification has been committed to cultivating a healthy work environment and promoting a general approach to a healthier lifestyle. This dedication led to the initiation of SYVE Wellbeing. This year, we've decided to dedicate the month of November to this cause, naming it SYVE Life Quality Month.
Prioritizing wellbeing isn't just a workplace initiative; it's a crucial aspect of sustaining a thriving work environment. Recognizing and tackling the needs of employees, both within and beyond the office, not only enhances job satisfaction but also contributes to our mutual goal of nurturing a healthy environment. This year, we have taken a step closer to instilling a more sustainable way of working by providing our support and assets to make a small contribution to making a difference in the world.
With this in mind, every region has organized various activities, both online and live, to tend to both our well-being and our contribution to society. From sports activities like curling, hiking, meditation, workouts, and yoga to creative games such as quizzes and initiatives that support the local community, healthy breakfast days, or simple moments to share what we appreciate the most, we can confidently say that the month itself, filled with these activities, had a positive impact on all of us.
The initiative itself originated from within, with the entire team contributing creative ideas to organize events that focus on both wellbeing and making a positive impact on the community around us. After that, it was up to the regions to work their magic, and that's exactly what happened.
As we direct the company towards a more sustainable future, putting our resources into events that support this goal just feels right in line with our long-term vision. It is a small step, but each effort contributes to the bigger picture of creating a positive impact on our environment and community.
These programs are not a one-time occurrence; they are intended to happen at least twice a year, followed by additional programs and initiatives planned for the upcoming year, but we will talk about that some other time, so stay tuned.
