Our AI team is led by Henrik Leijon, a physicist with a PhD from CERN and a deep background in machine learning and software quality.

Henrik’s mission is clear: to improve digital life by integrating AI into everyday work and delivering QA services that are both intelligent and reliable. His leadership bridges the gap between research and real-world application, ensuring that our AI offerings are not only cutting-edge but also customer-centric.

Working alongside Henrik are Adha Hrusto and Deepika Tiwari, both PhD-level engineers with extensive experience in AI-driven quality assurance. Adha specializes in machine learning for failure detection in production environments, while Deepika focuses on automated test generation based on real-world usage patterns. Their work includes everything from agentic workflows to scalable, language-agnostic QA solutions.

Also part of the core team are Johan Pearson, a tech lead with a strong focus on test automation frameworks, and Alisa Hrustic, who played a key role in our recent webinar on AI and QA transformation. Their contributions reflect the collaborative spirit and technical depth that define our approach to AI.

Importantly, these specialists represent just a few of the many colleagues across System Verification who are actively shaping our AI journey. From QA consultants and automation engineers to business strategists and service designers, our AI innovation is a company-wide effort—driven by curiosity, expertise, and a shared commitment to delivering value.

Our commitment to excellence is also reflected in our internal education efforts. Nearly 50 employees have embarked on the ISTQB AI Tester certification, ensuring that our entire organization is equipped to work with AI responsibly and effectively.
