Professionally, I have spent the past twelve years in the staffing, consulting, and recruitment industry, working across a range of sales and leadership roles. Building my career in fast-paced companies and highly competitive markets has taught me the importance of delivering strong customer value and quality in every customer engagement.
In my role as Regional Manager Stockholm, I get to combine sales, business development, and leadership, a combination I genuinely enjoy and find motivating.
What stood out to me most was the combination of the people and the direction of the company. I had a very positive impression of everyone I met at System Verification, and that was an important factor to me. At the same time, the company is on an exciting journey, which made it feel both inspiring and meaningful to join.
From the very first conversation, throughout the recruitment process, and now after joining, I have experienced a strong sense of momentum, clarity, and ambition. There is a clear vision for where the company is heading, and that aligns very well with the kind of contribution I hope to make.
System Verification is in an exciting position as a company, with an ongoing transformation driven by several factors — not least AI. The pace at which software is being developed has never been faster, and the barriers to building digital products through low-code and AI-assisted development have never been lower.
That shift makes Quality Assurance more important than ever. As speed increases, so does the need for structure, reliability, and confidence in what is being built. At the same time, AI is naturally also reshaping our own services and the way we deliver them, which creates significant opportunities to evolve both our offering and our value to clients.
Being part of that transformation journey is incredibly exciting.
What motivates me most comes down to two things.
The first is seeing how we create real value for customers, not just in theory, but in ways that make a tangible difference to their business. The second is seeing people grow and develop. Watching colleagues build confidence, take ownership, and progress in their careers is rewarding. Often, those two things go hand in hand.
First and foremost, I am looking forward to getting to know my new colleagues and learning from the many talented people across the company.
I am also excited about bringing more of what System Verification does so well to the Stockholm market, helping more customers understand the value we can create and expanding our presence in a way that is both ambitious and sustainable.
